Corporate Volunteer Opportunities
In recognition of our corporate partners’ generous support and shared commitment to advancing opportunities for young people, the Variety Boys & Girls Club of Queens offers thoughtfully designed volunteer experiences that align with each company’s philanthropic goals. Corporate volunteerism plays a vital role in strengthening our programs, providing employees with meaningful, hands-on opportunities to support youth while contributing to safe, engaging, and impactful environments across our Club.
To ensure a high-quality experience for both our members and volunteers, we carefully manage volunteer opportunities throughout the year. Priority access is extended to partners whose support advances key organizational priorities and helps sustain and grow our impact.
While we welcome interest from all corporate partners, volunteer opportunities are limited and scheduled based on programmatic needs and capacity. We encourage companies to connect with our team to explore how their employees can best engage in service opportunities that create lasting value for the youth and communities we serve.

Sky Farm LIC is a one-acre rooftop urban farm and education program operated by the Variety Boys & Girls Club of Queens. Through hands-on agricultural and climate education, as well as unique features like on-site beehives, the farm serves as a living classroom for youth across Queens. Each year, we grow more than 4,500 pounds of fresh produce and distribute it entirely for free to local families, directly addressing food insecurity in our community.
Volunteer at our rooftop urban farm offers hands-on, seasonal experiences where corporate teams can choose from a range of meaningful service activities. Depending on the time of year and farm needs, volunteer opportunities may include:
