Our after-school program serves students in grades Kindergarten through 5th Grade across two locations. One location is dedicated to Kindergarten and 1st graders, while the other serves 2nd through 5th graders. Both programs follow a similar schedule focused on STEM, literacy, arts and crafts, health and wellness, homework help, and positive action. Every three months, a new theme is introduced to engage students in creating writing and art projects based on that topic.

Afterschool:

PS/IS 78 has afterschool every school day with a variety of educational and enrichment activities!

  • Dates: Open every school day

  • Hours: 2:30 PM - 6:00 PM

  • Programming: Homework help, STEM, Theater, Music & More

Fees:

  • FREE for families who meet income requirements and/or qualify for free or reduced lunch. *

  • Pay in Full: $2200 for the year

  • Pay Per Month: $240

*Scholarships will be granted after careful review by program/school administrators.
