The Variety Boys & Girls Club of Queens Club Site Director oversees the Club site including operations, maintenance, and daily programming. The Site Director oversees the Maintenance Manager, Operations Manager (in regards to Club specific issues/systems), and the Assistant Site Director.

Director must possess strong leadership skills, have the ability to adapt to a changing environment and be positive communicator.



The Variety Boys & Girls Club of Queens is seeking a Development Specialist VISTA who will work within the VBGCQ Development Team. The Development Specialist will gain experience in non-profit management, non-profit development, and organizational change through work focused on grant research, applications, and management.

Through a federally funded program within Americorps, a VISTA is a volunteer who has taken an oath to serve for a year to respond to local problems and change the face of poverty. The VISTA receives a stipend for their work along with an education or cash reward at the end of their year of service. More information about the VISTA program can be found here.
